When you use HitList, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address.
• Training content you create, such as skills, notes, training logs, hit counts, partner names, and media links.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the app working, such as authentication session data and service logs from our app infrastructure providers.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve HitList, including to authenticate your account, sync your data across devices, troubleshoot issues, and understand whether the beta is working reliably.

How We Store Information

HitList stores app data using Supabase. User-created data is protected so each signed-in user can access only their own records. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, when required by law, or with your direction. If you save links or content from third-party services, those services remain governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep your account and training data while your account is active or as needed to operate the beta. You can request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.

Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your HitList account and associated app data, email team@nine4.co from the email address used for your HitList account with the subject line “Delete my HitList account.”

When we delete an account, we delete the account record and associated HitList training data, including skills, notes, training logs, hit counts, partners, and media links. We may retain limited service logs or records only when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Children

HitList is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
